About the Role

DApp Developer

As a DApp Developer, youll work closely with smart contract engineers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to build secure, scalable, and user-friendly decentralized products across DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web3 domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack decentralized applications using modern web technologies and blockchain integrations.
  
• Integrate smart contracts (Solidity / Rust) with frontend interfaces via Web3/Ethers.js or other blockchain SDKs.
  
• Collaborate with smart contract developers to design on-chain and off-chain workflows.
  
• Build user-friendly, performant, and secure frontends (typically using React or similar frameworks).
  
• Write unit and integration tests for blockchain and frontend layers.
  
• Optimize DApps for performance, gas efficiency, and cross-device compatibility.
  
• Stay updated with the latest Web3 tools, libraries, and ecosystem trends.
  
• Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in

  web development

  with strong proficiency in

  JavaScript

• Strong understanding of
