Job Description

What You Need To Do

  • Own and drive backend projects end-to-end from whiteboard brainstorming to highly available production systems.
  • Design and build cloud-native microservices that are resilient, observable, and horizontally scalable.
  • Move fast, ship often collaborate in a high-velocity environment with short iteration cycles and frequent A/B testing.
  • Work with petabyte-scale data, leveraging Redshift and other AWS-native analytics tools to power intelligent product decisions.
  • Integrate AI/ML capabilities into product workflows to unlock smarter, more personalized user experiences.
  • Collaborate with a strong team of engineers, contributing to code reviews, design reviews, and technical you need to be :
  • 5 to 8 years of backend engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production systems at scale.
  • Proficient in Java and Spring Boot ecosystem, with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and systems design.
  • Experienced in building event-driven, distributed systems using Kafka, Redis, and message brokers.
  • Skilled in relational databases like MySQL and hands-on with schema design and optimization
  • Deep experience managing infrastructure on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.)
  • Bonus : Experience integrating with LLMs, vector databases, or building ML pipelines
