Position- Dailer Admin( Team Member)

Essential Qualification and Work Experience:

 Graduate with good verbal and written

communication skills

 1 Year experience in back-office work in

either Dialer Admin or Email/Chat domain

 Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills

Soft Skills :

 Strong written and verbal communication in

English

 Analytical mindset with attention to detail

 Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

 Ability to work independently and in a team

environment

 Time management and multitasking skills

 Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic

environment

Technical Skills:

 Hands-on experience with dialer platforms

(e.g., Genesys, Five9, NICE inContact,

Aspect, etc.)

 Familiarity with Banking systems and

contact center technologies

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and

reporting tools

Preferred Qualification:

 Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate with

equivalent experience

 Prior experience in a non-voice BPO/KPO

environment

 Exposure to workforce management or

Email/Chat process

Preferred Technical Skills:

 Ability to analyze and draw insights from the

data

 Strong reporting skills using Microsoft office

 Should understand customer’s expectation

on Quality

 Intellectual ability and writing competence

B. Position Summary:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)

 Configure, monitor, and maintain dialer systems (e.g., Genesys, Five9, NICE, Avaya, etc.)

 Manage campaign setup, list management, and pacing strategies to ensure optimal

performance

 Collaborate with operations, workforce management, and IT teams to align dialer strategies

with business goals

 Monitor real-time performance and troubleshoot dialer-related issues

 Generate and analyze dialer performance reports and recommend improvements

 Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal dialing policies

 Support non-voice communication channels (email/chat) as needed

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹440,000.00 per year
