D365 Lead Developer (F&O)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Full lifecycle application development; Tailor software solutions, customizations and enhancements for Microsoft D365 F&O. Development of high-quality code in a timely manner. Investigating, analyzing and replicating issues and providing support to customers. Testing and analyzing for operational functionality of solutions; delivery of finished products and implementation. Perform tuning improvement on software. Participate in modifying and improving business solutions design. Play a lead role in the refactoring of existing products in order to improve compliance, consistency, robustness & performance. Mentor new and junior team members. Preferred candidate profile BS/MS in computer science or equivalent experience 7-10 years of technical experience in Dynamics FO development covering 3 or more Dynamics implementation experience along with strong experience in customization, integrations, reporting, security artifacts and deployments. Experience in X++, Visual studio and Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies. Should have strong experience in developing integration services using ODATA, SOAP, REST, and Batch Data API. Should have strong experience in creating and deploying Logic Apps, Function Apps and other azure resources. Should have strong experience in managing branches and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in LCS and code deployment to sandbox and Prod instances (custom code + MS updates). Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects. Experience in investigating and resolving production issues in a timely manner. Experience working with Agile methodology. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
