Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced D365 CE Functional Consultant to join our team, with a strong background in Customer Insights Journeys (RTM). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Visionet Systems Inc. product suite and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement D365 CE solutions that meet customer needs.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for D365 CE implementations.
Provide training and support to end-users on D365 CE functionality.
Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements using D365 CE.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer insights and journeys, and develop solutions to address them.
Ensure data integrity and security in D365 CE implementations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of D365 CE functional modules, including Customer Insights Journeys (RTM).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Experience working with Visionet Systems Inc. products is an added advantage.
Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions using D365 CE.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
