✔️ Proven experience in performance marketing & paid media fundamentals

✔️ Ability to analyze data & optimize creative strategies for better performance

✔️ Excellent communication skills – client interaction & problem-solving mindset

✔️ A mix of creativity + strategic thinking to drive results
