Role Overview: You will be responsible for working with Blue Yonder (BY) to implement demand planning and supply planning modules. Your role will involve providing support, managing stakeholders and business users, reporting issues proactively, monitoring applications, and preparing status reports for enhancements and support data. Additionally, you must be willing to work in shifts and possess excellent communication skills.
