Implementation of CrowdStrike LogScale NGSIEM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and support for CrowdStrike LogScale NGSIEM.
  • Act a trusted advisor to help lead customers to mature outcomes using next generation SIEM, log management, XDR, SOAR features and functionality
  • Event Source integration
  • Configure playbooks and manage Falcon Fusion SOAR ( Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response).
  • Create and run search queries in SIEM tool to help with identifying and troubleshooting security issues.
  • Provide knowledge transfer of Falcon LogScale NGSIEM to customers
  • Utilize tools (e.g., Wireshark, Nmap, PCap, etc.) to identify and map devices on the network.

Qualifications and Skillsets:

  • 5+ yrs experience in implementation and support for SIEM and SOAR platfoms (CrowdStrike LogScale NGSIEM/ Google SECOPS, etc.)
  • Preferable Industry Certifications (such as Security+, SSCP. GCIA, CISSP, CEH, ECSA).
  • Knowledge of NIST 800-53, ISO27001, and CIS Top 20 Controls
  • Knowledge of common Cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI
  • Knowledge of CrowdStrike Query Language (CQL) in LogScale, for threat hunting and security analysis
  • Knowledge of scripting – Python, RESTApi, Bash
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal groups (Professional Services, Engineering) as well as with customers.
  • Strong communication skills, Self-starter and able to work independently, while also able to share responsibilities, ideas and other information.
