Key responsibilities include: Implementation of Bluecat Networks DDI (DNS, DHCP and IPAM). Migrating data from the customer’s existing DDI platforms, as needed. Configure DNS Threat protection Identifying and documenting the critical success factors for projects Developing data mapping and transformation methods using Perl, Python and other tools. Develop comprehensive implementation plans designed to migrate customers from their current architecture to their new DDI architecture. Develop project documentation and follow Change Management process. Coordination with project teams globally. Performing pre-migration testing and implementation process validation. Qualifications and Skillsets: 5+ years of experience deploying/managing DNS, DHCP, IPAM in a corporate enterprise environment. Prior Experience with one of the DDI platforms such as Bluecat Networks (Integrity, Micetro), Infoblox, TCPWave. Deep knowledge of DNS and DHCP protocols. Experience and understanding DNS and DHCP implementation on UNIX or Microsoft Windows or any leading DDI solution. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal groups (Professional Services, Engineering, Sales) as well as with customers. Proven experience to work as part of a team of Engineers and to deliver one or several projects simultaneously. Act a trusted advisor to help lead customers to mature outcomes using next generation SIEM, log management, XDR, SOAR features and functionality Event Source integration Configure playbooks and manage Falcon Fusion SOAR ( Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response). Create and run search queries in SIEM tool to help with identifying and troubleshooting security issues. Provide knowledge transfer of Falcon LogScale NGSIEM to customers Utilize tools (e.g., Wireshark, Nmap, PCap, etc.) to identify and map devices on the network.
