Key Responsibilities

Proactive Security & Threat Mitigation

• Conduct ethical hacking, penetration testing, and red team exercises to expose and understand vulnerabilities across our systems.
• Simulate sophisticated attack scenarios to identify blind spots and strengthen incident response readiness.
• Design and deploy innovative security measures, hardening strategies, and proactive defenses.
• Partner with development and infrastructure teams to embed security into application design and CI/CD pipelines.
• Track emerging threats, tools, and trends to anticipate risks and shape forward-thinking security strategies.
  

Security Infrastructure & Operational Resilience

• Evaluate and enhance security tools, configurations, and operational practices to ensure scalable protection.
• Drive secure infrastructure design prioritizing automation, monitoring, and system resilience.
• Implement smart detection and prevention mechanisms that balance protection with performance.
  

Security Infrastructure & Innovation

• Continuously evaluate and enhance cybersecurity tools, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to design and scale secure infrastructure, with a focus on automation and resilience
• Implement threat detection and prevention strategies that reduce both risk and operational friction.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in

  cybersecurity

  , particularly in

  penetration testing

  vulnerability assessment

  system hardening

• Familiarity with

  HIPAA

  ISO 27001

  , and other security/compliance frameworks.
• Experience securing

  cloud and hybrid environments

• Technical expertise in
