Retrace Labs is seeking a motivated and experienced Cyber Security Trainer to join our dynamic team in North India division to be deployed in Punjab. At Retrace Labs, we are dedicated to safeguarding the digital assets of organizations through a comprehensive suite of proactive and reactive security services. We are expanding our corporate training and cyber education programs and are looking for an individual passionate about cybersecurity education.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in the cybersecurity field and a passion for teaching and mentorship. As a Cyber Security Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs to a variety of audiences, from corporate clients to academic institutions.

This is a full time role requiring to be present onsite for the training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update cybersecurity training curriculum.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Create hands-on lab exercises and practical assessments.
• Stay current with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
• Provide mentorship and support to trainees.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Cyber Security domains like Penetration Testing, Cloud Security, Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Threat Hunting etc.
• Proven experience in technical training or teaching to academic or corporate clients.
• At least holds 2 industry standard certifications (OSCP, Security+, C|EH, Pentest+, Linux+, OSWE, CRTP, CRTO etc.)
• Strong knowledge of networking, security principles, and common vulnerabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
