Cyber Security Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training modules on red team (penetration testing, ethical hacking) and blue team (defensive security, incident response) activities.
• Provide theoretical and practical guidance on cybersecurity frameworks, threat detection, risk assessment, and vulnerability management.
• Facilitate lab exercises and real-world simulations to reinforce training objectives.
• Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay current with the latest cybersecurity threats, mitigation strategies, and best practices.
• Customize course content to meet client requirements or address specific security domains.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in cybersecurity, preferably involving both offensive (Red Team) and defensive (Blue Team) roles.
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification.
• Strong understanding of penetration testing, threat hunting, incident response, and security tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
