Cyber Security Specialist

As a Security Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for providing second-line support and escalating helpdesk tickets for our customer base. Operating 24/7, you will ensure tailor-made and standardized ICT solutions, meeting and exceeding the expectations of external professional customers in accordance with SLAs and SLOs. You will develop, maintain, and share technical expertise, documenting all case-related information clearly and concisely in internal systems. Handling incidents by ensuring timely pickup and resolution, you will collaborate with the team to restore service and assess and implement changes for customers within the foreseen SLAs. - Provide second-line support and escalate helpdesk tickets - Operate 24/7 to ensure tailor-made ICT solutions meeting SLAs and SLOs - Develop, maintain, and share technical expertise - Handle incidents and collaborate with the team to restore service - Assess and implement changes for customers within SLAs - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude - 2-16 years of help desk experience with expertise in security products - Experience with technologies such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Microsoft Security, F5, Check Point, Cisco, CyberArk - Understanding of security concepts such as IAM, DDOS, CASB, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, Application Security - Verbal and written fluency in English, C1 or C2 preferred The company is located in Bangalore and has roles for Security Engineers (2-5 years experience), Security Leaders (5-9 years experience), and Technical Leads (9 or more years of experience). Please note that the preferred skills include expertise in F5 Network Load Balancer and Palo Alto Network Firewall technologies.,
