As a Cyber Security Specialist you would be involved in one or more following activities. ? Monitors, identify, investigate and analyze all response activities related to cyber security incidents within the organization ? Identify security flaws and vulnerabilities ? Respond to cyber security incidents, conduct threat analysis as directed, and address detected incidents ? Evaluate event flows to identify common risks and vulnerabilities to develop and implement solutions ? Assist with security audits, risk analysis, network forensics and penetration testing ? Provide assistance in monitoring the security of all designated networks and systems ? Prepare detailed incident reports and technical briefs ? Adherence to security systems, security standards and frameworks ? Monitor events for suspicious events, investigation and escalate where applicable As part of the team, you are required to have: ? Demonstrate an understanding of complex inter-relationships in an overall system or process ? Ability to uncover and document tools, techniques, procedures used by cyber adversaries in attacking managed infrastructure ? Exposure to cloud basics ? Exposure to CVE common Vulnerabilities & Exposures Maintain an understanding of current and emerging threats, vulnerabilities and trends ? Knowledge of information security management and policies ? Timely escalating the problem. What you will need to have: Technical Skills: ? Hands on experience with SIEM tools for logs monitoring and analysis. ? Hands on experience on threat analysis and operations. ? Should have Fair knowledge of Web servers, Database, Application Servers, Networking components(firewall), Windows, UNIX(multiple flavors) ? Knowledge of query language. ?
