Cyber Security Presales

You will be responsible for providing product knowledge and technical pre-sales support to channel partners and Cyber Security team members. Your key duties will include adjusting existing or developing new training programs to educate channel partners and internal teams on Cyber Security solutions. Collaborating closely with the Cyber Security channel team, you will work to identify gaps in technical education. Furthermore, you will be expected to present Cyber Security solutions at webinars and other events. In this role, you will need to conduct business and technical discovery with customer prospects and have the ability to architect and build proposed solutions. You will take the lead on proof of concept activities, overseeing all engagements, orchestrating tasks, and ensuring successful completion. It is essential to stay informed about cybersecurity trends and industry analyst reports, using this knowledge to drive technical sales wins. The ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent education, with a Computer Science degree considered a plus. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of pre-sales experience in IT or Cloud environments is required. A strong combination of business/commercial, sales, and technical skills is desirable, along with certifications in IT and Cybersecurity. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for this role. You should have knowledge of various security technologies such as Anti-Virus, Malware Detection, IDS/IPS, and Firewalls. Familiarity with Cyber Security Pre-sales solutions, competitive solutions, virtualization, and public cloud technologies is advantageous. Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in an additional language is considered beneficial. A deep passion for cybersecurity is highly valued. The preferred candidate profile includes individuals with excellent communication skills and a minimum of 3-4 years of experience specifically in Cyber Security Pre-Sales. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role. Perks of this position include day shifts from 9 AM to 6 PM, with fixed off days on Saturday and Sunday.
