Description
You will join the team of cybersecurity professionals at KONE, where the mission is to keep KONE business cyber resilient. By leveraging cybersecurity tools, including Identity and Access Management, you will support KONE employees, customers, and partners to perform at their best while maintaining the security of KONE. The platforms within the scope of IAM include: - Identity management based on SailPoint IIQ - Authentication and password management based on AD and O365 solutions - Web single sign-on and conditional access policies based on Entra (former AAD) - SCIM based provisioning, including JIT provisioning as part of SSO, done with Entra - Privileged access management based on SSH PrivX As you gain experience, you will also be expected to participate in other initiatives in Enterprise, Product, or OT security, depending on the ongoing initiatives and your background and interests. The position is based in Pune or Chennai in India, or in Espoo, Finland, and you will report to the Head of Access and Tools in Cybersecurity. **Main Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with application owners, security, and compliance teams to capture their IAM needs - Own the solution and configuration for selected IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, security, compliance, and IT architecture principles - Understand, analyze, and prioritize IAM business requirements - Contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects in the responsibility area - Guide scrum and support teams and participate in solving implementation/deployment issues - Maintain solution documentation - Cooperate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth development and transition to service - Accountable for compiling, reviewing, and maintaining required solution documentation **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor or Masters degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field - Experience in identity and access management in an international organization - Knowledge of IDM, authentication, directory, SSO, PAM solutions; experience with KONE specific IAM tools is advantageous - Strong deployment experience with IAM solutions - Experience working with business stakeholders and IT partners in a global context - Ability to design and facilitate high-quality functional requirements - 3-10 years of experience in an international environment - Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills - Service-focused approach with excellent communication skills - Team player with flexibility under tight deadlines **Additional Details:** At KONE, you will be part of a cybersecurity team responsible for all cybersecurity areas of a global organization.
