Role & responsibilities

SOC Delivery & Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SOC operations, ensuring 24x7 monitoring, incident response, and threat management.
Oversee the delivery of SOC services in alignment with contractual obligations and SLAs.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and performance metrics.
Manage and mentor SOC analysts and engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic input on SOC tooling, architecture, and roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience:

10-15 years of experience in
SOC operations and service delivery
.
Strong understanding of
cybersecurity tools
(SIEM, SOAR, EDR, threat intelligence platforms, etc.).
Proven experience in managing
SOC contracts
, including SLAs, KPIs, and client engagement.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with incident response, threat hunting, and security monitoring.
Preferred certifications:
CISM
,
CISSP
(or equivalent).
