•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Work experience

•We are seeking a Senior Executive/Consultant with a minimum of 5 years (60 months) of experience in Identity and Access Management to join our team. The successful candidate will take a lead role in developing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Entra ID solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and the ability to drive business outcomes through technology.

The ideal candidate will:

•Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID solutions to meet client needs, including configuration and deployment of identity management systems. •Lead the integration of Entra ID with various platforms and applications to ensure seamless identity and access management. •Develop identity governance frameworks to enhance security and compliance. •Collaborate with clients to assess their current identity solutions and recommend improvements. •Monitor and analyze the integration and performance of Entra ID, troubleshooting issues as they arise. •Provide mentorship and training to junior team members and clients on the capabilities and best practices of Entra ID. •Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. •Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. •Be a quick learner and adaptable to changing environments •Have strong analytical skills and communication skills •Build strong professional working relationships with client personnel •Have clear understanding of IAM solution design and configuration •Be willing to work in rotational shifts supporting client environment. •Deliver timely and high-quality work diligently •Identify issues and opportunities, and communicate them to appropriate senior member

Mandatory Certification Required:

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or equivalent are highly desirable
