Cyber Security Agile Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Lead a squad of skilled cyber security practitioners, overseeing the delivery of new security controls and enhancements. - Align delivery work with strategy, gather outcomes, and insights to inform future strategies. - Develop Agile business cases with key stakeholders and prioritize squad work for maximum impact. - Mobilize and manage end-to-end delivery of epics, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. - Maintain accurate financial forecasting for epics and track glide-path to budget. - Manage risks, issues, and change effectively. - Collaborate with BT Group to embed delivered changes and risk controls in the operational organization. - Measure operational effectiveness and ensure realization of benefits. - Provide reporting to Security Portfolio Board and Security governance forums. Qualifications Required: Mandatory: - 5+ years of experience leading complex, high-value IT deliveries - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Self-starter with effective time management abilities - Proficient in Agile methodologies and their application - Experience in successfully using Agile methodologies for delivery Preferred: - Degree or equivalent qualification/experience - Experience in leading complex cyber security deliveries - Knowledge of cyber assessment frameworks and risk management - Experience managing a budget exceeding 1m About Us: BT, a part of BT Group, connects millions of people daily, powering businesses and public services.
