CX Training Manager

As a Training Delivery Specialist at our company, your role will involve planning and conducting On Job Training for the Kia Dealer Network in India. You will be responsible for developing skills to promote and embody Kia's Values and Behaviors within the dealership network. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering On Job Training for sales and service team members - Providing need-based training focusing on addressing customer complaints - Identifying training gaps and implementing appropriate training programs - Conducting soft skill and customer etiquette refresher training - Evaluating training needs and creating training plans - Collaborating with the Regional Field team to align training objectives - Generating regular reports for circulation within the field and network - Compiling management reports including Dealer Score Cards - Creating templates for monthly reviews and regional reports - Contributing to the Annual Business Plan and generating related MIS reports - Handling any other duties as assigned by your manager To excel in this role, you should possess the following skillsets: - Proven experience in training delivery and customer experience management - Previous exposure to the automobile industry or clients in the automobile sector is preferred - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to resolve issues efficiently or escalate them when necessary - Proficient in project management practices - Good platform skills and the ability to engage participants effectively Join our team and contribute to the growth and development of the Kia Dealer Network through impactful training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.,
