Customer Voice Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism
• Understand customer queries and provide effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure compliance with company standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or Undergraduate
• Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience encouraged to apply
• Communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong sales aptitude and persuasive communication
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

• Customer Handling/ Basic Computer Literacy: 1 year (Preferred)
• Shift Flexibility/ Verbal Communication: 1 year (Preferred)
• Record Keeping/ Compliance Awareness: 1 year (Preferred)
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution: 1 year (Preferred)
• Time management/ professionalism under pressure: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales aptitude/ Product knowledge& objection handling: 1 year (Preferred)
• Target orientation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Rapport building: 1 year (Preferred)
• lead conversion: 1 year (Preferred)
