Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Technical Support Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing product-related assistance, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software/hardware/products. Guide users through step-by-step solutions and provide technical documentation or resources. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary. Document support interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Assist in product testing and provide feedback to the development team for improvements. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a helpful and solution-oriented approach. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, or relevant technical areas. Ability to remain calm and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in customer service or technical support. Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
