Customer Technical Support

As a Product Consultant at SurveySparrow, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly via phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include routing customer requests to the relevant teams, monitoring resolution progress, and adhering to service level agreements. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and respond to customer queries in a timely manner - Provide immediate acknowledgment and initial support - Diagnose, research, and analyze product-related issues reported by customers - Deliver technical support through voice, email, and chat channels - Track and manage all logged tickets effectively - Willingness to work night shifts Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales and customer service, specifically with SAAS solutions, is advantageous - Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, SDKs, and authentication mechanisms - Hands-on experience in using and debugging REST APIs via browser Developer Tools - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a troubleshooting mindset - Knowledge and genuine interest in software applications - Ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot new technologies and effectively communicate them to others - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Enthusiasm for learning new technologies Please note that the shift for this role is from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and the location is Chennai, Tamil Nadu.,
