Customer Technical Support

Role Overview: As a Product Consultant at SurveySparrow, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer queries via phone, email, and chat, routing requests to the appropriate teams, and maintaining service level agreements. Additionally, you will be expected to provide first-level support, diagnose and resolve product issues, and deliver technical assistance through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer queries and respond to them in a timely manner - Provide immediate acknowledgment and first-level support - Diagnose, research, and analyze product issues reported by customers - Deliver technical support via voice, email, and chat - Track and manage all logged tickets - Willingness to work night shifts Qualifications Required: - Past experience in sales and customer service, especially with SAAS solutions, is preferred - Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, SDKs, and authentication mechanisms - Hands-on experience in using and debugging REST APIs through browser Developer Tools - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a troubleshooting mindset - Knowledge and genuine interest in software applications - Ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot new technologies and effectively communicate them - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Eagerness to learn new technologies Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Note: The specific shift timing mentioned is 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM),
