Job Description

As a Customer Support Engineer for the Robotics Project at Ambit IT Park in Ambattur, Chennai, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound contacts in a timely manner. Your role will require excellent written and verbal communication skills in languages in-scope, along with customer handling skills. You will follow communication scripts when addressing various topics and have a basic understanding of tools/platforms used for Robotics process automation and workflow automation. It will be essential to identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives. Building sustainable relationships with customers and going the extra mile to engage them will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will keep records of all conversations in Ui Path owned CRM Database comprehensibly and attend educational seminars frequently to enhance knowledge and performance levels. Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets will also be expected from you. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound contacts in a timely manner - Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrate customer handling skills - Follow communication scripts for different topics - Have a basic understanding of tools/platforms for Robotics process automation - Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives - Build sustainable relationships with customers - Maintain records of all conversations in Ui Path owned CRM Database - Attend educational seminars to enhance knowledge and performance levels - Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12 months of experience in a customer support role - Track record of over-achieving quota - Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening ability - Fluency in the respective language - Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and practices - Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types - Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively - Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or computer science - Basic programming knowledge of Dot Net/C/C++, Java, OOPS concepts, and SQL Please note the following requirements: - Willingness to work from the office - Ability to work in rotational night shifts - Willingness to sign a service agreement for 2 years If you meet the qualifications and are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, please share your resume to priyanka.thangadurai@movate.com.
