Customer Support:Female

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Female Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries efficiently, and a strong customer-first attitude. She will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service through phone, chat, or email channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls or chats.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, or service requests promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain service quality.
• Record customer interactions and update CRM/database systems accurately.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets (AHT, resolution rate, CSAT, etc.).
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to call scripts as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth process flow.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service or BPO (freshers may apply).
• Good command of English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred:

• Female candidates only (based on client/team requirements)*
• Experience in voice or blended BPO processes (inbound/outbound).
• Knowledge of CRM software or call center tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
