1 Customer Support Executive Voice (Banking Process)

Eligibility:

Min. 1 year
of experience in
Customer Support (Voice)
Banking domain
experience preferred
Graduate in any stream
Strong communication skills in
English & Hindi/Telugu

Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound/outbound
calls related to banking queries
Resolve customer concerns & ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions

Compensation & Benefits:

CTC:
Up to 3.5 LPA (Hike based on current/last CTC)
Travel Allowances

2 Content Moderator – Non-Voice Process

Eligibility:

Min. 1 year
of experience in
Content Moderation
Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate
Strong attention to detail & knowledge of online content guidelines
Comfortable with
Non-Voice
process

Responsibilities:

Review & moderate user-generated content
Identify and flag
policy-violating
content
Ensure accuracy & compliance with platform rules

Compensation & Benefits:
