Job Description

NOTE: Compulsory First 3 months of training will be imparted about Product in the DAY SHIFT from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm at the office at Neelankarai, ECR, Chennai , then work-from-home set up. Role & responsibilities · Handle customer support emails, chats, and calls for USA, UK, and France. · Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, escalations, and delivery-related issues. · Manage order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns. · Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction. · Call abandoned customers, convince them, and drive sales (sales targets will be assigned). · Handle and respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot and Amazon. · Work closely with the sales team and make outbound calls when required. Preferred candidate profile · Experience in customer support (handling international customers). · Strong communication skills in English (French is an advantage). · Experience with Shopify is preferred. · Ability to handle complaints, escalations, and customer retention calls. · Comfortable working night shifts and meeting performance targets. · Candidates from Chennai or comfortable to relocate to Chennai are preferred.
