Desired Skills & Experience:

Graduation in any stream with minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in
CS-Blended Process
(Preferably Chat Email & Voice Mix Process)
Good hands-on computer literate
Previously worked in the UK/US process
Excellent English Communication skills both written and verbal
Great attitude towards problem solving
Good attention to detail, excellent telephone manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling customer queries via Chat, email & phone, dealing with them in an effective manner
Providing advice to patients on contact lenses type, lens type, frames, and styling
Processing sales over the phone and opting in services for automatic reorders.
Dealing with customer returns - filing for refunds or exchanges, providing invoices to customers
Liaising with other departments to provide the best customer service.
Pro-actively providing outstanding customer service..
