About the Role:


It requires to deliver exceptional service to German and Dutch Customers by providing accurate information, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all communication channels

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, courteous, and helpful customer support across phone, email, and social media.
  • Address inquiries about products and services, offering accurate information and relevant product recommendations.
  • Deliver a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional customer experience.
  • Share clear and accurate product and service information, addressing customer needs in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain service quality, meet resolution timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work in rotational shifts including US hours.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent fluency in

    spoken German and Dutch

    .
  • Preferred: Ability to communicate in a European accent.
  • Strong written communication skills in both German and Dutch.
  • Minimum

    2+ years of experience

    in customer support in these languages.
  • Experience handling international customers via phone or chat is preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing customer interactions professionally.
  • Flexibility with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
  • Strong follow-up skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office and online research.
  • Strong English communication skills.
