Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer calls and resolve queries efficiently. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services. • Record and update customer details in the system. • Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Requirements: • Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English. • Basic computer knowledge. • Ability to handle customer queries with confidence and patience. • Punctual, responsible, and committed to delivering quality service. • Open to working in a call center environment (voice process).
