Customer Support & Sales Lead

As a Senior Customer Support Lead at Arooha Travel and Tourism, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the telecalling/customer support team to achieve sales and service targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the telecalling/customer support team to achieve sales and service targets. - Handling inbound and outbound sales calls with a proven ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings. - Developing strategies to improve customer engagement, sales conversions, and overall service quality. - Training, guiding, and monitoring team members to ensure high performance and consistent customer satisfaction. - Preparing and sharing regular reports on team performance and sales metrics with management. - Ensuring smooth coordination with other departments such as sales, operations, and marketing. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree (minimum qualification). - Proven experience in sales calls, conversions, and team leadership (travel/tourism background preferred). - Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage. - Ability to lead a team effectively, motivate members, and achieve targets. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
