Role & responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls to assist international customers.
Resolve product, service, or billing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain detailed call logs and update customer records in CRM systems.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets (quality, productivity, customer satisfaction).
Escalate complex issues appropriately while ensuring first-call resolution whenever possible.
Adhere to process compliance and communication guidelines.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Prior experience (minimum 1 year) in international voice process (preferably US clients).
Ability to handle customer queries effectively and professionally.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in night shifts (US shift).

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process is mandatory.
Fluent in English (verbal communication).
Ready to work in US time zone.
