Job Description

Role Overview

The Subscription Management Agent is responsible for helping Mints customers optimize their recurring expenses through proactive bill negotiation and subscription cancellation services. This role requires a strategic approach to negotiating and cancelling customer services.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate professionally with service providers via outbound phone calls and outbound chat
Conduct comprehensive bill negotiation for various service subscriptions as requested by customers
Execute subscription cancellations as requested by customers
Document all interactions and negotiation outcomes accurately in company systems
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities for customers
Maintain detailed records of negotiation attempts and results
Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide subscription management services in alignment with Mints SOPs

Required Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Minimum B2 level language proficiency)
Minimum Six months of experience in international BPO voice (outbound experience preferred)
Strong negotiation capabilities
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Detailed-oriented
Quick comprehension of diverse service provider policies
Active listening
