We are looking for a friendly and helpful Customer Support Representative to assist our customers. You ll answer questions, solve problems, and ensure customers have a great experience with our company.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information and solve issues. Follow up with customers to make sure their problems are solved. Keep records of customer interactions. Escalate problems to other teams when needed. Learn about our products or services to help customers better. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Friendly, patient, and professional attitude. Basic computer skills. Ability to work in a team.
