Job Description

We are looking for experienced professionals in international customer support, and we also welcome passionate freshers with excellent communication skills to join our growing team at Rently – a US-Based SaaS Product Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to all Rently users.
  • Handle support requests primarily through voice support.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in customer experience.
  • Make real-time decisions to resolve issues effectively.
  • Escalate complex requests to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Adhere to ISO-certified company security standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in international customer support/voice process preferred.
  • Passionate freshers with strong verbal communication skills may also apply.
  • Excellent spoken English and customer-handling skills.
  • Willingness to work in US night shifts and during weekends (5-day work culture).
