International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers in a professional manner.
Address customer queries, issues, and requests with accuracy and empathy.
Troubleshoot basic customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure adherence to
quality standards, process compliance, and SLAs
.
Accurately log customer interactions in CRM/ticketing systems.
Collaborate with internal teams for escalated issue resolution.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate (Mandatory)
– Any discipline.
1 year of experience
in International Voice Process (Customer/Technical Support).
Excellent
English communication skills
(verbal and written).
Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to work in
complete night rotational shifts
.
Knowledge of CRM tools/ticketing systems will be an added advantage.
