Roles and Responsibilities-

• Respond to inbound calls in a timely and effective manner

• Ensure all their concerns are resolved in the given TAT.

• Offer clear and correct information regarding services, policies and procedures

• Ensure a courteous, empathetic and helpful tone in all interactions.

Job Qualifications-

• Extremely fluent verbal and written English communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet

• Bachelor's degree/3 Years of work experience

• Flexible and open to work in rotational shifts.
