Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Connect and configure printers across different network environments.
Manage network settings, including changing network bands and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Configure email accounts (e.g., Outlook, Gmail) and manage profiles.
Understand IP addressing (IPv4 and IPv6) and assist in network setup.
Retrieve Wi-Fi passwords and manage secure connections.
Update and download drivers for hardware components.
Uninstall software using various methods (Control Panel, Command Line, etc.).
Update laptop drives and manage storage.
Use Device Manager for hardware troubleshooting.
Install and configure printers for office use.
Provide solutions for systems not connecting to Wi-Fi (wired connection, hotspot, etc.).
Manage night shifts effectively and ensure system uptime.
Stay updated with the latest version of Windows and other relevant software.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of operating systems and networking fundamentals.
Familiarity with printer setup and troubleshooting across different frequencies.
Proficiency in Outlook configuration and email integration.
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues quickly.
Comfortable with computers, printers, and troubleshooting tasks.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle night shifts when required.
