Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers in the US and UK (International Voice / Semi-Voice Process)
• Learn and understand the products and services offered by the company
• Assist customers by resolving queries and providing accurate information
• Build and maintain good client relationships through professional communication
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
• Complete assigned customer tickets within timelines and ensure customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions on the portal and use tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for basic reporting

Qualifications

• Fresher or up to 6 months of relevant experience
• Good communication skills—verbal and written
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new tools or software quickly
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
• Willingness to work in all the shifts as per client requirement
• Graduate in any field (or pursuing final year, depending on company policy)
