Job Title: Customer Support Representative – Insurance Follow-up, PV & Portal Handling [ Female ]
Location: Kandivali West

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to manage insurance-related follow-ups, PV (Physical Verification), and portal handling activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and hands-on experience in handling customer queries through portals and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, queries, and service requests promptly and professionally.
Follow up with insurance companies, customers, and internal teams regarding claim status, policy renewals, and related documentation.
Manage PV (Physical Verification) calls/activities to validate and confirm details with customers.
Operate and update company/customer portals for service requests, claims, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM/portals.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate daily/weekly MIS reports related to follow-ups, portal activity, and pending cases.
Educate customers on portal usage and provide necessary guidance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and service standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication (Hindi, English; regional language preferred).
Good knowledge of insurance processes (claims, renewals, follow-ups).
Experience in PV (physical verification) and customer interaction.
Familiarity with online portals/CRM systems.
Excellent follow-up, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate with relevant experience in insurance, customer support, or coordination.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
