Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls from customers to book taxis or provide service information.
  • Assist customers with ride booking, fare details, driver allocation, and ETA.
  • Handle complaints, cancellations, refunds, and escalations politely and professionally.
  • Track and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-up and drop.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings, and issues in the system.
  • Promote web-based booking and guide customers through the process if required.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to higher-level support or operations team.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets on call handling, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
