Answer incoming calls from customers to book taxis or provide service information. Assist customers with ride booking, fare details, driver allocation, and ETA. Handle complaints, cancellations, refunds, and escalations politely and professionally. Track and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-up and drop. Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings, and issues in the system. Promote web-based booking and guide customers through the process if required. Escalate unresolved queries to higher-level support or operations team. Meet daily/weekly targets on call handling, response time, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
