About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer queries via chat, email, or phone.
• Understand customer problems and provide quick solutions.
• Record and track issues using support tools.
• Escalate technical or unresolved issues to senior team members.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issue is resolved.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone.
