Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive in the US voice process/Outbound process at ALP Consulting, your role will involve the following: - Route calls to other functions if it is advanced stage collections - Handle customer statement related queries - Address principal and interest paid queries - Resolve future principal outstanding queries which may involve some calculations - Assist with partial/full preclosure related queries - Utilize multiple applications while resolving queries (5 applications including Front end and receivable system) To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Good listening and comprehension skills in English - Clear communication in English with proper grammar and an accent understandable by the customers or dealers - 1-3 years of experience working in Collection or customer service or related customer-oriented environment - Mandate experience in US voice process The ideal candidate for this position would be a Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline with a willingness to work in night shifts at the Pune office of ALP Consulting. Work from the office is the required work mode for this permanent position.,
