Customer Support - Mentor (Multilingual Preferred) - Fresher

As a Support Specialist at Supernova, you will be responsible for supporting learners and parents through daily calls and chats. You will make 100 outbound and attend 40-50 inbound calls per day to provide assistance and guidance. Your role will involve sharing feedback via chat to help students improve their spoken English skills. In addition, you will be required to resolve queries from both students and parents, whether through inbound or outbound communication channels. Reconnecting with inactive users to encourage progress and ensuring a personalized and positive experience for every learner will also be part of your responsibilities. As a key team member, you will report common issues to the product team, track progress, and share quick performance reports.
