Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Customer Support (International Voice Process) professional. The role will involve managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing technical support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will communicate effectively with customers, address their concerns, and strive to deliver a positive and professional experience.

Requirements:

Working Days: 5 Days working (2 Rotational Week Offs)

Shifts: Rotational

Transport: Both-side cabs available

Skillset:

Excellent communication skills (mandatory) C1 level

Graduates & Undergraduates – both eligible

Minimum 1 year of Customer Support experience international (Customer support and Healthcare background both will be preferred)
