  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy on every call.
  • Document call details accurately in the system.
  • Meet targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Experience:

    06 m - 4 years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service.
  • Excellent spoken English

    and strong communication skills (mandatory).
  • Ability to work in

    night shifts

    (US timing).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • Typing skills and familiarity with basic computer systems.
