Experience Requirement:

Freshers:
Eligible (Only with excellent English communication)
Experienced:
Must have
International Voice Process experience only

Salary Structure (Take-Home Pay)

Freshers
:

20,000 per month
6 Months 18 Months Experience:
33,000 per month
Above 18 Months Experience:
39,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication
Follow process guidelines and quality standards
Document customer interactions accurately in the system

Key Skills Required

Excellent English communication skills (Voice)
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work night rotational shifts

Additional Notes

Only candidates with International Voice experience will be considered
