Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

Location: Scheme No 54, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Process Time: Day Shift, Night Shift, Rotational Shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
• Resolve customer issues promptly.
• Provide product/service information.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Meet customer satisfaction targets.
• Should have positive attitude to deal with challenges.
• Able enough to multitask.
• Should have basic knowledge of Computer.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).

Skills:

• Communication skills: Good<Excellent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
